Mid Year Young Dancemakers Showcase Outcome

& Thank You

What a success!  Thank you so much to the students, teachers, families and friends that came!  You raised just over $500 for us; with more money to come from the photo sales that will be kindly donated from Richard.  They will be fabulous as all of Richard's photos are.

I have to say the kids had a ball - they danced beautifully, showed their skill and just had fun, which is what these things should be about. 

The Young Dancemakers Choreography event went wonderfuly, with our children showing their courage and confidence - awards went to:

1st Prize  Caoihme Feeney -  Ballet

Runner up - Chiara Ariza-Stellato-Pledger - Contemporary

Special Mention - Rebecca Van Wyk & Jessica Zammit  -   Contemporary

A Photo Disc Fundraiser on Sunday

How you can help make the end of year cheaper.....

Richard is one of our Tinies parents who is an avid photographer.  He has offered to take photos of your kids at this Sunday's show; he will burn all the photos to a CD for you and then you can take them to a photo lab for printing or he can print them for you.

The rates for the mid-year show photograph sessions are:

 $20 for a CD of all that he takes...or

Prints 6"x4" $1.10 each
Prints 6"x8" $5.00 each

The camera Richard is using is a professional Nikon Digital and he gets some amazing shots......  These will be available for viewing in Term 3

Richard has also offered for anyone that would like to do 1 or 2 hour photo shoots of their kids at the crazy rate of $50!! Again all the money goes to the end of year concert.

Dancemakers  is introducing the long awaited hairband as part of the uniform.  This will help our girls keep their hair tidy and off their faces during class.  The hairbands will be available from term 2 at a reasonable cost.
